On top of that, 1928's are more scarce than 1934's and 1934A's. And this note has the harder Light Green Seal to get on a 1928 as opposed to the dark forest green seal.

This note is a Freidberg 2210-H. It has been graded by PMG as Very Fine 20 with a comment about pinholes and paper pulls.
