This note is a Freidberg 2211-E. This is the tougher light green seal as opposed to the dark green seal. Richmond is a relatively difficult light green seal.

It has been graded by PMG as Very Fine 25, which means it is a decent note that is a fraction of the price of an uncirculated. You don't have to trust me concerning the grade of this note, you only have to trust PMG. It is my mission to assist collectors of large and small size type complete their collecting goals.
